Return Window

You may return most items purchased from SwingBox.shop within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

 

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, customization, or other restrictions. Any such restrictions will be clearly stated on the product page.

 

Return Process

2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your return.

3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

 

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

• Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
